National Compressor Exchange, Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
We are seeking someone with a basic mechanical background who is comfortable working with hand tools and air-powered tools and is willing to learn and grow within our company.
What We're Looking For
- Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience
- Comfortably using basic hand tools and wrenches
- Ability to safely operate air tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in a hands-on shop environment
- Previous industrial, automotive, HVAC, compressor, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
The Right Person
You don't need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, works hard, takes direction, and has an interest in developing mechanical skills.
You will receive hands-on training and learn how to work with and rebuild industrial compressors and related components.
